100 Most Influential People In Africa

New African Magazine recently compiled and published a list of Africa's most influential people. It picked people from various industries including trade, business, fashion, music, banking, poetry, cinema and film just to name but a few. Nigerians have been a major force to reckon with. Out of the 100 people listed, 24 were Nigerians and among the 24, 9 were women. Kenyans also had their shot at fame with the likes of Chris Kirubi, Professor Wangari Maathai  and John Githongo making the list,. The list isn't in order of influence.
