The
first extract talks about Edward Mutesa's marital headaches. The bit
that I refer to in the message below is the bottom one.
On
Mutesa II's marital troubles, you could also refer to the letter below
from the Bishop of Upper Nile, I think he was called Rt Rev Lucian Usher
William in Mbale from 1936-62. He signs as Lucian Upper Nile.
In
that letter, he was lambasting Bishop Stuart for his support for Mutesa
II, and you will notice that he also refers to the marital troubles,
specifically mentioning Mutesa II's seduction of one of his subjects'
(if not even his inlaws' or uncle's (?)) wife, the wife of Enoka Muliira
etc etc...
