HON SEMPALA NABILA SHOULD SIMPLY SACK HER BAD DRIVER.....

That is a typical case of ramming into the vehicle ahead, especially if they were moving in a convoy like seems to have been the case.

It is called "Rear End Collision" caused by reckless driving, tail gating (driving too close to the car ahead), or distraction by the driver, not having time to brake when the car ahead stops.  Bottomline: BAD DRIVER!  Ms Naggayi would do well by sacking him before he causes her a worse accident.

Sudden deceleration or panic stopping by the car in front (especially in the city centre....batembeyi crossing, pickpocket being chased, b/boda swerving, crowd control scenario) can also cause the same and the blame for that always on the tailgating driver.

I saw the driver being interviewed yesterday and he claimed that on impact, Nabilah vomited blood.  Those are scenes we see in movies.....never happens in real life....if that had actually happened, Nabilah would not be alive now....it would have meant that her internal organs had been severely ruptured, and probably that her vehicle was travelling at 1,000 Kmph.

In any case if she had vomited blood, is her blood volatile, like petrol that we could not see a drop of it....look at this picture: any sign of vomited blood?

They reported that she was unconscious.  Unconscious and able to support her neck like we see here, with her looking in the direction where she was being carried, with no one holding her head?  Unconscious? La!

They reported too that "bamumenye amuguru abiri", that two of her legs were broken....as if she had four! And someone (some of) whose legs were broken is now walking without even half a crutch!

That is an unconscious person....have to support the head.

...but just look at the comedy here?  Above, the paramedic knows that head of an unconscious person has to be supported in the carry.  In the lower picture, the Medic is just letting the head 'dangle' as the unconscious lady asks, 'muntwala wa?'

A week (or months) after someone has their two legs broken, this is what you see:

Not.......

When the reality of this kind of bukopi fully catches with Besigye and company, they will want to hide their faces forever.  Muli bakopi ddala and you want to lead the country with that kind of stupidity.  It is not what we saw in Egypt and Tunisia.

Reminds me of Oguttu telling us here that "Besigye has been assosinated(sic)"!
And now, Muntu, Muntu; Mugisha Muntu! has become a fully subscribed member of this rigmarole!  I weep!

Police Must come out and speak on its attempt to kill Honourable Nabila

I think this is very bad and unprofessional and it’s an action of individual officers  not the whole Uganda Police Force, just a few who what to tarnish the force image and the NRM Government.  No senior Officer can order his juniors to do such unprofessional act. But I know within the police they have the Professional Standards Unit, which has the mandate to  investigate and punish the culprits.

Do you remember what happened in Owino in 2008, when I was still the Force PRO, when some errant officers attempted to undress Hon.Nabila, when she had gone to address a rally in the market, this was also unprofessional and the force condemned it and I remember some officers were investigated but I can't recall whether some were punished

As a former senior cop, am of the view that the force need to come out  clearly on this, carryout an investigations and punish any of the officers who will be found for having caused this accident either by omission or commission, because it’s the mandate of the police to protect all Ugandans regardless of their political affiliations.
I also cal upon our officers in the Police to try all means possible to act professionally more especially while policing the political rallies of the opposition, because today’s opposition is tomorrow's government in waiting and as Police you will serve any Government elected by the people of Uganda, because your mandate is to serve all Ugandans.

Measures should also be put in place so that such an incident doesn't happen again, because now this is the second time on Hon. Nabila, Owino market almost similar like this one.

I want members to get  me clear, am not a sympathiser of the opposition or a supporter of the NRM, but I want the Uganda  Police Force to maintain its professionalism as it has been before because even in the International community where am based now, the name of UPF is regarded in high esteem.

Thanks.
