Prosecuting International Crimes in Africa

Contributions are on different topics of importance to persons interested in international criminal justice as it applies in Africa. This book is aimed at a range of stakeholders in the field of international law and human rights in Africa. Part I deals with general issues in the prosecution of international crimes. Part II focuses on the prosecution of international crimes before international courts: the ICTR, ICC, and the SCSL. Part III examines the prosecution of international crimes before national courts, particularly Ethiopia, Kenya, Senegal, Rwanda, and Uganda.
