Proposed Constitution for the United States of Africa
AfricanConstitution.org has released the Proposed Constitution for the United States of Africa.
This is the most comprehensive, democratic and serious plan for a progressive United States of Africa that has been placed on the table in the entire history of African unification.
The proposals in the newly released document came directly from Africans. The draft is the first bottom-up step toward a citizen-founded United States of Africa in 2017.
