Police has confirmed that, Raphael Baku the former acting IGG and
Mbabazi's stoogie who was famous for selective prosecutions, will be
charged with embezzling 920 million shillings.The file is ready and
anytime the goon will face justice.The ironical part is that Baku
requisitioned the funds claiming that he wanted to use the money to
investigate theft of CHOGM funds.It was later discovered that he
falsified costs and pocketed the money that was not needed in the first
place, since CHOGM investigation fell within the normal IGG budget that
