Help Needed: Medical Professionals in Eastern Uganda

AA (=Assalaam Alaikum) Brothers and Sisters,
I am looking for contacts of medical professionals in and around Eastern Uganda (especially Mbale area) to help a team of American medical volunteers that provide free surgical procedures to treat children with cleft lip (cheiloschisis) or harelip and cleft palate (palatoschisis) – See images in attachment.
The Ugandan contacts will be expected to help with the identification of children requiring the procedure, coordination with a local / regional health services centre, and scheduling with their American counterparts.  The American surgeons will be travelling with their own surgical equipment.
This team has visited a great number of countries, providing crucial surgical services on a voluntary basis.  The last time they were in Uganda, however, they were unable to treat a single child.  It is believed that local coordination was inadequate.  Therefore, in order to address this gap, we need to obtain a list of key local / regional medical contacts with their full coordinates, i.e., phone numbers, along with physical and electronic addresses.  Please ensure you obtain consent from the Ugandan medical professionals you would like to recommend before you forward their names to me. (Respond only to: yunuslubega@yahoo.com)
Please note that as this is a voluntary effort, all involved must not expect monetary remuneration from the Americans for their support to the initiative.
JAK (= Jazaakum Allahu Khairan)
WAA (=W'assalaam Alaikum),
Yunus
