Mobile Medical Male Circumcision Clinic Launched: The United States Government, through the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, in partnership with the Makerere University Walter Reed Project (MUWRP), launched a Medical Male Circumcision (MMC) Mobile Clinic at the UMA Show Grounds on Friday, May 13th.
