U.N. Expert Calls Internet Freedom Fundamental but Often Violated

The Internet wasn’t around when the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was written, but a U.N. report says Internet freedom has become a basic right. What sort of government restrictions of online content and privacy do you consider legitimate?
